‘Turn Key' Solutions– Rapid Improvement Events  Orchestration

Picture
Increasingly, clients are requesting a rounded service from initiation to evaluation of projects form 'birth to maturity' of core organizational projects..  We can offer the following:
  1. Scoping key activities with CEO, Directors, sponsors, the client group and senior managers – develop project plans and a RASCI leading to sign off agreements and commitment to projects
  2. Interviewing key managers re scoping and agreeing specific strategic or pipeline projects for inclusion in LBT or RIEs
  3. Support and selection of key players to become LBT, RIE or Lean Facilitators at Yellow and Green Belt level
  4. Preparing participants, managing expectations, and exposing assumptions prior to Workshops – including defining projects and working with project sponsors
  5. Designing with participants (prior to LBT L&D activity) pre-work on actual LBT training workshops using face to face, LMS, drop in’s, 1:1 and group coaching sessions featuring extensive on-line and blended learning techniques
  6. Tailoring and delivering input for LMS and Training Workshops – including assignments for certification purposes
  7. Delivering Training Workshops at Yellow (Foundation), Green (Practitioner) or Black Belt (Master Practitioner) level
  8. Reviewing progress after completion of Workshops including Project Report
  9. Coaching Yellow and Green Belt participants in Project completion (attending Project sessions)
  10. Ongoing support when required

We believe this ‘initiation to evaluation’ approach will deliver most effectively to client organisations.  Those undertaking such development know they will have support prior to Day 1 of their development, starting from working with their managers or project sponsors and ensuring that they are making progress and putting their skills to best effect.
Please note, this process can be tailored and designed specifically to the challenges an organisation is facing.
