Open Training Courses
We run a variety of open courses every year. Although we do run full-time course which lead to Lean Six Sigma OD Yellow, Green and Black Belt certification, we are finding increasingly that our part-time blended learning approach is becoming very popular. This is when students can opt for a Coaching option which requires some face to face interaction and support, but also offers on-line learning using our unique Learning Management System. We also tailor, design and deliver Training events and Learning packages for a variety of clients. In recent years we have designed events for Internal Auditors, Risk and Project Managers for several Financial services companies, Professional Institutes, Leadership programmes for private and public sector clients, specifically in Local Authorities and Professional Services Firms and Cultural Change programmes for Healthcare, Financial Services and the Third Sector.
