Creating & Implementing Lean Business Transformation
The programmes we have on offer focus on what we call 'transactional relationships' with customers, consumers, end users and citizens, rather than on the traditional manufacturing sector, which focuses more on output and cost reduction.  If you do work in Manufacturing, you may still find our programmes more sympathetic to your needs than the traditional Lean Six Sigma programme, which focuses far too much on advanced statistical concepts barely used in  97% of organisations today.  Should you require a traditional Lean Six Sigma programme that caters for manufacturing operations, we will happily guide you in the right direction. 

You will not be surprised to learn that our Lean Business Transformation programmes  incorporate a relevant and rigorous approach, and application of business statistics that comply with the ISO 13053 standard parts 1 and 2, which detail the content  validated and certified by the International Standards Organisation, the American Quality Society (AQS),  the British Quality Association (BQA), and the guidelines of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and the Public Sector Improvement Framework (PSIF).
